You've made a mistake about the color or model ordered?
Here's what you need to do:
- Contact Us on the Club Telecoms Inc. website. You have 10 days to do so after the reception.
- After 10 days no refund or exchange is possible.
- A shipping costs and/or handling fee will be applicable ($15). You will receive instructions after the exchange request form is approved by Club Telecoms Inc..
Exception on returns or refunds
In case Club Telecoms Inc. made a mistake or didn’t send the product as ordered, the cost for the exchange and/or transport and/or handling will be covered by Club Telecoms Inc. You have nothing to pay.
You must contact us. A return number will be transmitted to you so you can follow up.
Any refund will be done in the original method of payment.
- Any type of headphones (wired or wireless) and batteries are not refundable. It’s always a final sale in these cases.
Do not forget that:
Unopened items in the original packaging can be returned. A product whose box has been opened or damaged and which is not in a condition to be resold is not eligible for reimbursement.
- Defective items
A defective item is subject to the manufacturer’s warranty and will be repaired or replaced.
